Shipping costs

A flat rate is applied for orders with an amount less than EUR 70.00:

- 4.00 EUR for France

- 8.00 EUR for Europe and the United Kingdom

- 10.00 EUR outside Europe

Shipping is free for all orders over EUR 70.00.

Transporting your package

Packages are generally shipped within 48 hours after receipt of your payment. The standard shipping method is tracked mail. The average delivery time is 3 to 4 working days for products in
stock.

Each piece of jewelry comes in an organza gift bag.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and fees
postal. We advise you to group your purchases into a single
order.

Packages are oversized and protected.

Returns

Any item can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return costs are your responsibility.
We will refund you the amount paid excluding shipping costs.

All returned items will be subject to inspection. They must be new, unused and in their original condition. Any returned product that is incomplete, damaged, worn or dirty will not be accepted.
