Terms of sale
1 - Purpose
This contract for the sale of products on the Internet is concluded between Elise B and a buyer, within the framework of a distance selling system on the www.elise-b.com website.
2 - Offer
Acceptance and confirmation of the order is achieved by entering a voucher
order that must be fulfilled. The purchase order implies the firm commitment of the buyer. Orders are confirmed by e-mail with the identity and references of the company. The confirmation e-mail includes the essential characteristics of the product, the selling price including VAT, as well as the amount of the shipping costs.
3 - Prices and taxes
Invoicing is done in Euros.
4 - Shipping costs
Shipping costs are not included in the advertised prices. Shipments are made by letter max in France up to 1 kilo of goods.
5 - Payment
Payment is made by credit card (visa or mastercard), PayPal payment if you have a PayPal account, or Apple Pay. The products
are only shipped after full payment of the price of the goods.
6 - Delivery time
The average delivery time is 2 to 10 working days depending on the destination. Each order is shipped by La Poste. Elise B cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to La Poste's services.
7 - Non-compliance
In the event of non-compliance of the delivered goods with respect to the order (the confirmation e-mail being proof), Elise B undertakes to reimburse you for all costs incurred (including reshipping costs) or to ship you the corresponding product within the limit of available stocks. For any complaints, please contact us by e-mail.
8 - Damage during transport
You should only accept a package if the outer packaging does not have any traces of shock. We advise you to open the package and check the condition of the goods before signing the carrier's delivery note. In the event of damage to the delivered goods, you must send us a complaint e-mail within 2 days of the date of receipt.
9 - Warranties and after-sales service
If the product you received has a hidden defect, please let us know by E-mail within 2 days of receipt. You must then return the goods by post within a short period of time with the delivery note.
The defective item will then be exchanged while stocks last.
If the product is not available, and in this case only, Elise B undertakes to reimburse the full amount paid within a maximum period of 30 days.
10 - Withdrawal period
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can exchange your items or get a refund (except for shipping and reshipping costs) by returning the item(s) in their original packaging within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order (Article L224-79 of the French Consumer Code). The withdrawal period runs from the day of receipt of the goods until the date of shipment indicated on the return package. You must then return the goods to Elise B. by post (reshipping costs to be paid) within 14 days (postmark as proof) enclosing the delivery note and any customs documents. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, Elise B undertakes to reimburse all sums paid within a maximum period of 12 days.
11 - Personal information
By accepting the order, the buyer gives his consent, but can oppose it in writing or by e-mail, to the use of personal data collected under the terms of this order, as part of the consumer's customer file. In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, the consumer has the right to access and rectify it at any time.

13 - Applicable law
This contract refers to French law and, more specifically, to the regulations distance selling.
