Shipping cost

For any order under 70,00 EUR a flat rate is applied :

- 4,00 EUR for France

- 8,00 EUR for Europe and UK

- 10,00 EUR outside Europe

Shipping is free for any order over 70,00 EUR

Shipping of your parcel

Parcels are generally shipped within two days after the order is placed and paid. The standard shipping method is by secured mail. The average delay of delivery is 3 to 4 days for the items in stock for a delivery in France.

Each jewel is delivered in an organza pouch.

The shipping costs include the packing, handling and postal costs. We advise you to group your purchase in one single order.

Parcels are oversized and protected.

Return

Any product may be returned within 7 days from the receipt of your order.

Shipping costs are at your expense.

We will pay you the amount of your order less shipping cost.

Promotional items cannot be returned nor exchanged !

Any returned item will be inspected. Items have to be new, unused, and in their initial condition. Any returned item that would be incomplete, damaged, used or soiled will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to you.
