1 - Object
The present contract concerning the sale of products on Internet is agreed between the company Elise B and a buyer, through the website www.elise-b.com.
2 - Offer
The acceptance and confirmation of the order are made through an order form that has to be filled. The order form implies the firm commitment of the buyer. Orders are confirmed through an email with mention of the identity and references of the company. The confirmation email shows essential characteristics of the product, the sales price including taxes, and the cost of shipping.
3 - Price and taxes
Billing is done in Euros
4 - Shipping cost
Shipping cost are not included in the sales price. Shipments are done through Lettre max in France up to 1 Kg of goods.
5 - Payment
Payment can be done by checks, credit cards, or Paypal. Products are shipped once full payment is done.
6 - Delivery time
The average delivery time is 2 to 10 working days depending on destination. Each order is shipped with La Poste. The company Elise B shall not be held responsible for delays in the delivery due to La Poste.
7 - Non compliance
In case of non compliance of the delivered product with the product ordered (as per confirmation email), Elise B commits to pay back the entire costs (re-shipping cost included) or to send back the matching product within the limit of stock available. For any claim, please contact us by email.
8 - Damages during shipping
You should accept a parcel only if the packing shows no traces of damages. We advise to open the parcel and check the condition of the goods, before signing the delivery to the delivery man. In case of damages to the products delivered, please send us a claim by email within two days following the delivery date.
9 - Warranty and after sale service
If the product you have received comprises an hidden default, please send us an email within two days following the delivery date. Then, you have to send the products back to us including the delivery note. The defective item will be sent back to you within the limit of stock available. If the item is not available, and in this case only, Elise B commits to pay back the full cost in a maximum time of 30 days.
10 - Period of withdrawal
If for some reasons, you are not satisfied with your product, you can exchange your items or be paid back (less the shipping or re-shipping costs), by sending the products back to us in the original packing within 7 working days from the delivery date.
The withdrawal period runs from the day of delivery. You have to send the goods back to Elise B (shipping cost at your expense) within 7 days (as per the postmark) including the delivery note and potential customs documents. In case of withdrawal right use, Elise B commits to refund the full buying cost in a maximum time of 12 days.
11 - Personal information
By accepting the order, the buyer accepts, but can be opposed to, the use of his personal information that have been collected in the customer file the through the present order. According to the French law N.78-17 of the 6th of January 1978, the buyer has a right to access and modify his personal information.
12 - Customer support
Elise B commits to answer any claim or order question sent to info@elise-b.com in French or English as soon as possible and in a 3 days maximum delay.
13 - Applicable law
This contract is governed by French law, and in particular by the regulations of the distance selling.
